Services
Graphic Diversity provides graphic design services on a monthly subscription basis, as well as website, web application and mobile application development. The specific scope, rate and deliverables for each client are agreed in writing (for example, by email) before work begins.
Subscriptions and billing
- Design subscriptions are billed monthly at the flat rate agreed with you.
- There is no long-term contract. You may pause or cancel before your next billing period.
- Development projects are quoted and billed separately unless agreed otherwise.
Your brand materials
You confirm that you have the right to share any logos, images, fonts or other materials you provide to us. We keep these materials on file to serve you and will delete them on request.
Ownership of work
Once a deliverable has been paid for, you own the final files we create for you, except for third-party assets (such as licensed fonts or stock imagery), which remain subject to their own licenses.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphic Diversity Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
